The de Mondion Restaurant in collaboration with Charles Grech and in the presence of Frederic Mariesse the CEO of Champagne Barons De Rothschild, is organising the first Champagne Dinner of the year on our splendid terrace of our Michelin Starred Restaurant with endless views of the island.
The star of the night will be Barons de Rothschild champagnes paired with a five-course dinner prepared by our Michelin Star Chef Kevin Bonello and his impeccable brigade.

The de Mondion Cuisine is renowned for supporting and choosing local produce. The evening’s starter is Local Red Prawns with squid ink, chayote and limpet accompanied by Champagne Barons De Rothschild Blanc de Blanc. The second course consists of Spiny Lobster with berlingot, nectarine and vanilla paired with Champagne Barons De Rothschild Brut NV. It is definitely a celebration for all the sea-food gastronomes, as we continue our dinner with Skate accompanied by eggplant, parmiggiano and the local delicacy: capers. This will be accompanied by Champagne Barons De Rothschild Blanc de Blanc Vintage 2008. The sought-after rare vintage Champagne Barons De Rothschild Blanc de Blanc Rare Vintage 2010 will be the accompaniment the Suckling Pig with truffle, morels and celeriac.
The mouthwatering dessert is Baba with Rose Petals, Apricot and Pistachio paired with Champagne Barons De Rothschild Rosé.
Frederic Mariesse the CEO of Champagne Barons De Rothschild will attend the dinner and launch the Rothschild Champagne Rare Vintage 2010.
