Pio Cesare alongside The Xara Palace Relais & Chateaux and the de Mondion Restaurant are hosting the next wine event with wines that express history and viniculture. The night will be hosted by Mirachem at one of Malta’s leading fine-dining restaurants set atop centuries old bastions in the former capital city of Mdina. We are also offering cab service with pick up and drop off so you can enjoy a night to the full without extra hassle of parking, traffic so on and so forth. We also we believe that if you are a wine lover, you would want to drink and drink and drink, but not drive.
A delectable menu has been crafted by our kitchen brigade at Xara Catering, steered by our power house, Chef Kevin Bonello. An exclusive wine flight will accompany the six-course dinner of the night. The wines include Pio Cesare Vermouth di Torino, 2007 Pio di Lei Chardonnay, Barolo Chinato, 1999 Barbaresco Il Bricco and 2000 Barbaresco amongst others. The events starts with mouthwatering canapés in our charming Atrium of The Xara Palace at 20hrs. This is followed by dinner at 20.30hrs. The price is €160 per person and includes the menu, wines and a taxi to and from home for the event.
