Celebrating 25 Years
The de Mondion restaurant’s cuisine has evolved throughout the years and Chef Clint in particular has been around for twenty three (23) years. A few favourites have stood out over the years and throughout the month of July we are bringing back the coveted classics alongside the modern Michelin hits in an all-favourites menu to celebrate the 25 year anniversary of de Mondion restaurant and the Xara Collection itself.
