In collaboration with Farsonsdirect, the management of The de Mondion Restaurant is excited to present the second event for June 2021. Now it is time to celebrate with great champagnes produced with a powerful, sophisticated and complex style by Bollinger Champagne founded in 1829.
Bollinger is one of the last family-run houses of the Champagne region, where decisions are taken in complete independence by connoisseurs with proper respect for the estate, whose primary concern is quality. The night will be hosted by Bastien Mariani, the Export Area Manager of Champagne Bollinger, at the de Mondion Restaurant located in the medieval fortifications of The Xara Palace Relais & Chateaux in Mdina. So join us to learn more about the sophisticated value of Bollinger, the type of Champagne produced, and their work philosophy that has kept the brand as a world-acclaimed choice.
Furthermore, mouth-watering food prepared by our Michelin Star Chef, Kevin Bonello, and his exceptional kitchen brigade, will accompany the champagnes of the night. The Bollinger champagnes include, Special Cuvee En Jeroboam, PN VZ15, La Grande Année 2005, La Grande Année Rosé 2005, La Cote Aux Enfants 2014, and Delamain Pale & Dry XO.
